Ingredients

  • 3 cans mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 large jar Cheez Whiz
  • 1 package Ritz crackers

Instructions

  1. Put the drained mixed vegetables and sliced water chestnuts in a baking dish.
  2. Melt the Cheez Whiz in the microwave as directed on the jar.
  3. Pour the melted Cheez Whiz over the vegetables.
  4. Crush the Ritz crackers and sprinkle them evenly over the vegetables.
  5. Slice butter over the crushed crackers.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
