Ingredients

  • 1 can Vegeburger
  • 1/2 lb. yellow cheese, grated
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 4 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Saute onion and pepper with margarine, then add rest of ingredients.
  2. Mix small amount of brown sugar and ketchup together in bottom of a loaf pan to make the topping of the loaf.
  3. Add mix on top of this and bake 1 hour at 350°.
