Ingredients

  • 1 large onion
  • 1 dash salt
  • 300 grams spinach
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 cup leftover or cooked white rice

Instructions

  1. cooked rice as usual
  2. in pan saute onion till almost brown then add spinach mix well add salt then off heat
  3. pour cooked spinach onto cooked rice in a rice cooker and cook for another 2 minute then serve
