Ingredients

  • 1 lb. loaf frozen bread dough
  • 1 c. frozen chopped broccoli, drained
  • 1 c. lite Ricotta cheese
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Thaw dough and let rise per package directions.
  2. Combine broccoli,
  3. Ricotta, Mozzarella, garlic and pepper in a bowl. Punch down and divide bread dough into 4 parts and roll on floured surface into 4 (8-inch) circles.
  4. Place 3/4 cup cheese mixture onto half of circle, leaving 1-inch border.
  5. Fold over, press and crimp edges with a fork to seal.
  6. Brush with egg.
