Instructions
- Thaw dough and let rise per package directions.
- Combine broccoli,
- Ricotta, Mozzarella, garlic and pepper in a bowl. Punch down and divide bread dough into 4 parts and roll on floured surface into 4 (8-inch) circles.
- Place 3/4 cup cheese mixture onto half of circle, leaving 1-inch border.
- Fold over, press and crimp edges with a fork to seal.
- Brush with egg.
