Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. California Blend vegetables
  • 1 small container sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can Durkee French fried onions
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can water chestnuts

Instructions

  1. Cook the California Blend vegetables until just about done and drain.
  2. In a hot dish, mix the cooked vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and water chestnuts.
  3. Bake the mixture for 30 minutes at 350°F.
  4. Add shredded Cheddar cheese and bake for 5 minutes more until melted.
  5. Sprinkle Durkee French fried onions on top and bake for about 2 minutes more.
  6. Serve hot.
