Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups salad oil ⓘ
- 1 cup white vinegar ⓘ
- 1 bunch chives, chopped ⓘ
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped ⓘ
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar ⓘ
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- 1/8 teaspoon prepared mustard ⓘ
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces and mixed ⓘ
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients (except vegetables) in a deep bowl until well combined.
- Add vegetables to the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight to marinate.
