Ingredients

  • 2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1 box brown and wild rice, cooked according to directions
  • 1 (16 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
  • 1 medium onion, chopped or grated

Instructions

  1. Mix the drained mixed vegetables, cooked rice, drained mushroom pieces, and chopped or grated onion together in a casserole or baking dish.
  2. Heat in the microwave for about 5 minutes or bake in a preheated 350°F oven for about 20 minutes, until the vegetables are hot and steaming.
  3. Serve with a little soy sauce for added flavor.
