Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
  • 1 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 3/4 c. diced green pepper
  • 1 3/4 c. diced tomatoes
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. mayo
  • 1 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. creamy garlic dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Cool the rice.
  3. Combine rice and diced vegetables, tossing lightly.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine mayo, Dijon mustard, and creamy garlic dressing.
  5. Pour the dressing over the rice-vegetable mixture.
