Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup light pasteurized process cream cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 flour tortillas (6 to 7-inch)
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, dried dill weed, and garlic powder. Blend well.
  2. Spread about 1 tablespoon of the mixture on each tortilla.
  3. Top each tortilla with shredded carrot, chopped broccoli, and chopped green onions.
  4. Roll up each tortilla and cut in half to serve.
