Ingredients

  • 1 c. chopped cabbage
  • 2 c. tomato juice
  • 1 c. chopped carrots
  • 4 Tbsp. onions, chopped
  • 2 c. diced celery
  • 2 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. chicken

Instructions

  1. Combine chopped cabbage, tomato juice, chopped carrots, chopped onions, diced celery, water, salt, and chicken in a pot.
  2. Bring to a simmer over low heat.
  3. Cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally if desired.
