Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen peas and carrots
  • 9 oz. frozen small onions in cream sauce
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 cups diced turkey
  • 1 pkg. chicken flavored stuffing mix (6 servings)

Instructions

  1. Put peas and carrots, water, and butter in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Cook gently for 6 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in onions in cream sauce.
  5. Add diced turkey.
  6. Pour mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F.
  8. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on the package.
  9. Spoon stuffing around the edge of the casserole.
  10. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
