Ingredients

  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 pkg. crushed soda crackers
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp. garlic, pressed
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Put the chopped walnuts, chopped onion, and crushed soda crackers in a food processor; process until combined.
  2. Add the eggs, poultry seasoning, pressed garlic, and cream cheese to the food processor; blend until smooth.
  3. Form the mixture into long patties.
  4. Lightly fry the patties in a skillet until golden brown.
  5. Pour diluted mushroom soup over the fried patties.
  6. Bake the patties with soup at 350°F for 30 minutes.
