- Crack 2 eggs and put a tablespoon of milk into a jug and whisk
- Cook your vegetables using a frying pan on the hob of the oven. You will need to add a few sprays of olive oil into the pan to ensure the vegetables do not burn.
- In another pan spray some more olive oil and pour in the mixture.
- Add you vegetables onto the mixture in the pan
- Cook your omelette until firm, make sure to flip the omelette over to ensue both sides are fully cooked.
