  • cooked rice or cooked shell beans (your choice) *
  • shredded cheese
  • 1/4 c. each: sesame seed and sunflower seeds (unsalted)
  • 1 to 2 eggs
  • cumin powder to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • green peppers, washed and halved
  • small onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • parsley or sweet basil to taste
  • Tomato And Cheese Sauce (recipe in book)

Instructions

  1. *Allow 2/3 cup cooked rice or 1/2 cup cooked shell beans per pepper half.
