- Thaw 2 or 3 bags of frozen vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, whole carrots, and water chestnuts.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed vegetables with the dry chicken bouillon packets and sliced Velveeta cheese.
- Add 1 1/2 to 2 sticks of butter to the mixture and stir until well blended.
- Crush the 3 individual packets of Ritz crackers and sprinkle evenly over the vegetable mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for approximately 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
