Ingredients

  • 6 Chestnut Mushrooms Sliced
  • 1 medium Onion sliced
  • 2 Potatoes sliced thin
  • 2 Florets of broccoli
  • 2 tbsp Virgin olive oil
  • 3 sliced Tomatoes
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black cracked Pepper
  • 100 grams Mozzerella Cheese

Instructions

  1. In a small greased Roasting dish break up the broccoli and spread it all in the bottom
  2. Place the thin sliced potatoe on top of the broccoli covering it
  3. Spread the sliced onion on top and covering the potatoe
  4. Spread the mushrooms accross the top of the onion
  5. Spread the sliced tomatoes on top of the mushrooms
  6. Sprinkle all over with the salt and pepper
  7. And then pour over the layers with the Virgin oil
  8. Cover in foil and cook on gas 7 or 180 for 30 mins take out , take off the foil and sprinkle the mozzerella cheese all over the top put back in oven or grill to melt the cheese.
