- Drain diced tomatoes, reserving the juice.
- Place a large piece of foil on a baking sheet.
- Place the beef on the foil and sprinkle with onion soup mix.
- Top the beef with the drained tomatoes and sliced mushrooms.
- Cover the beef with foil and bake until tender, approximately 2 hours.
- Mix cornstarch with catsup and Worcestershire sauce to make a sauce.
