Ingredients

  • 2 packages frozen cut broccoli
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
  • Ritz crackers

Instructions

  1. Cook frozen broccoli as directed, but not too soft; drain. Cube Velveeta cheese and 1/2 stick butter.
  2. Layer broccoli, cheese, and butter in a 1-quart casserole dish.
  3. Melt 2/3 stick butter. Roll or crumble Ritz crackers, not too fine, and add to melted butter. Mix until coated.
  4. Top the broccoli mixture with the buttered Ritz crackers.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes in a 350°F oven.
