Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb. butter
  • 1 cup cocoa
  • 4 boxes powdered sugar
  • 1 lb. nuts, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Melt the Velveeta cheese and butter together until smooth.
  2. Add vanilla extract to the melted mixture.
  3. Mix cocoa with 2 boxes of powdered sugar and add this to the cheese mixture.
  4. Work in the remaining 2 boxes of powdered sugar using your hands until the mixture becomes stiff.
  5. Roll out the mixture flat on wax paper.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and roll up like a jelly roll.
  7. Slice into pieces and serve.
  8. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
  9. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour before serving for best flavor.
