Ingredients

  • 20 lb. ground venison
  • 18 stalks celery
  • 10 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
  • 10 c. water
  • 6 envelopes dry onion soup mix
  • 40 oz. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. prepared ???
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. seasoned salt

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground venison in a skillet.
  2. Transfer the browned venison to an 18-quart roaster.
  3. Add the celery, tomato paste, water, dry onion soup mix, ketchup, prepared ???, brown sugar, and seasoned salt to the roaster.
  4. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  5. Simmer the mixture for 4 to 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
