Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground venison
  • 1/3 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil leaves
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Line a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with heavy-duty Reynolds Wrap.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the prepared pan.
  4. Cut into 40 squares.
  5. Shape each square into a meatball and return to the pan.
  6. Bake in a 400°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. Drain the meatballs before serving.
