Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground venison
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sliced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 (6 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
  • 2 c. corn chips

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, combine chopped onion, chopped green pepper, and ground venison.
  2. Cook over medium heat until the meat is browned.
  3. Add sliced tomatoes, salt, pepper, and chili powder to the skillet.
  4. Stir the mixture well.
  5. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in drained kidney beans and cook until well heated through.
  7. Top with corn chips and serve.
