- Partially freeze the venison steak for easier slicing.
- Slice the venison into paper-thin strips.
- Seed the green bell pepper and slice into thin rounds.
- Heat margarine in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
- Add the green pepper slices and sliced onion to the skillet.
- Cook for 5 minutes or until the onion becomes transparent, stirring frequently.
- Remove the cooked peppers and onions to a heated plate using a slotted spoon.
