Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
  • 2 cups grated Swiss cheese
  • 3 cups sliced Vidalia onions
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  3. In a bowl, beat eggs and milk together.
