Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1/4 to 1/2 lb. any raw meat, cut into thin strips
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large onion, chopped coarsely
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. frozen peas

Instructions

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet.
  2. Add the meat, garlic, onion, salt, sugar, pepper, and soy sauce; stir-fry until the meat is tender and hot, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Add the cooked rice and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the frozen peas and cook until heated through.
