Ingredients

  • 4 small (3/4-inch) New York strip steaks
  • 1 1/4 c. light brown sugar
  • 1 c. light soy sauce
  • 1 1/2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 1/8 tsp. sesame oil

Instructions
