Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1/4 cup onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup Spam, chopped
  • soy sauce

Instructions

  2. Cook celery and onions in oil until tender.
  3. Add eggs and scramble.
  4. Add Spam, rice, and cabbage; toss to combine.
  5. Sprinkle with soy sauce and toss again.
