Ingredients

  • 1 c. brown rice
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1 c. carrots
  • 1 c. broccoli
  • 3 c. beef broth
  • 1 can pinto beans

Instructions

  1. Cook rice. Brown meat and add taco seasoning. Steam carrots, broccoli and onions. Drain beans. Mix all ingredients together. Heat and serve over tortilla chips.
