Ingredients
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. milk ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. thawed whipped topping ⓘ
- 1 (6 oz.) Ready-Crust graham cracker pie crust ⓘ
- 1 c. cold milk ⓘ
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding and pie filling ⓘ
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin ⓘ
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg or cloves ⓘ
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, milk, and sugar with a wire whisk or mixer until smooth.
- Gently stir in whipped topping and spread on the bottom of the crust.
- Pour 1 cup cold milk into a bowl; add pudding mix.
- Beat with a wire whisk or mixer for 1 minute until thick.
- Stir in pumpkin and spices with a wire whisk until smooth.
- Spread the pumpkin mixture over the cream cheese and whipped topping layer.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with additional whipped topping, if desired.
