Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Bring the cream and milk to the boiling point.
  2. Remove from heat and add the butter; let cool.
  3. Beat each egg separately.
  4. Combine eggs with sugar and salt.
  5. Add the cooled cream mixture to the eggs.
  6. Stir in the frozen corn.
  7. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  8. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes or until the pudding is firm.
