Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 5 ounces dried beef rinsed and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 teaspoons minced onion

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except pecans and butter in a bowl.
  2. Place the mixture in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
  3. Saute pecans in butter until toasted, then place on top of the dip.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with Ritz crackers.
