Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Wakefield Snow crabmeat or Snow Crabmeat and shrimp, thawed
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 to 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  2. Mix in lemon juice, chopped green onions, mustard, and garlic powder.
  3. Fold in snow crabmeat or snow crabmeat and shrimp.
  4. Chill the mixture for several hours.
  5. Serve with crackers.
