Ingredients

  • 6 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 2 cups apples, chopped
  • few drops lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup peanuts
  • 2 or 3 carrots, shredded
  • mayonnaise to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Add enough mayonnaise to moisten the mixture.
  3. Toss lightly to combine well.
