Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups vanilla wafers, finely crushed
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup bourbon or rum

Instructions

  1. Mix the crushed vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, cocoa, and chopped walnuts well.
  2. Add corn syrup and bourbon or rum and mix thoroughly until combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Roll each ball in sifted powdered sugar to coat.
