Ingredients

  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp. sherry
  • 1/2 tsp. horseradish
  • 6 oz. jar Cheddar cheese spread

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, soften cream cheese and blend in sherry.
  2. Add butter, cheese spread, and horseradish; mix well.
  3. Cover and chill thoroughly for about 4 hours.
  4. Shape the mixture into a ball and roll in chopped walnuts.
  5. Refrigerate until serving.
