Ingredients

  • 1 fryer, cut up
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup
  • 1 bottle French dressing
  • pineapple-apricot preserves

Instructions

  1. Put chicken parts in baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle dry onion soup on top.
  3. Pour dressing over pieces.
  4. Dot with preserves.
  5. Marinate at least 2 to 3 hours.
  6. Bake in 300° oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours depending on how tender the chicken is.
  7. Also, baste occasionally and turn when one side is brown.
  8. Serve on bed of rice or noodles.
