Ingredients

  • 1 small box lasagna noodles
  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1 large Ragu sauce
  • 1 small pkg. sour cream
  • 1 medium pkg. cottage cheese
  • 2 (10 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 (10 oz.) Cheddar cheese
  • salt
  • garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Boil the lasagna noodles until done, then drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the hamburger meat in a skillet until fully cooked.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked hamburger meat, Ragu sauce, sour cream, cottage cheese, salt, and garlic powder.
  4. Layer the cooked noodles with the meat mixture and cheeses in a baking dish.
  5. Bake in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
