Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 10 to 12 pieces fried bacon, crumbled
  • 1 large bottle Zesty Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • croutons

Instructions

  1. Combine the Zesty Italian dressing, sugar, red onion slices, and Parmesan cheese in a large Ziploc bag.
  2. Refrigerate and let marinate for 8 to 12 hours.
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients: lettuce, crumbled fried bacon, grated mozzarella cheese, and croutons.
  4. Toss the salad just before serving to combine all flavors.
