Warm Lamb Salad
Ingredients

- 1 tbsp soy sauce ⓘ
- 1 tbsp lemon juice ⓘ
- 1 tbsp olive oil ⓘ
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar ⓘ
- 1 clove garlic, crushed ⓘ

- 3.5 oz mixed salad greens
- 1 None Turkish/mini cucumber, thinly sliced ⓘ
- 1 None red onion, sliced ⓘ
- 1 None red pepper, seeded and sliced ⓘ
- 1 tbsp mint, chopped ⓘ
- 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped ⓘ
- 1 lb lamb steak ⓘ
Instructions
- To make dressing, whisk together ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine salad greens, cucumber, red onion, pepper, mint and cilantro.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan on high. Cook lamb for 3-4 minutes each side or until cooked to taste. Allow to rest, covered, for 5 minutes. Slice and toss with salad and dressing to serve.
