Ingredients

  • 2 lb hamburger
  • 2 c bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c milk
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Combine hamburger, bread crumbs, eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and seasonings in a large bowl.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Form the mixture into evenly sized balls.
  4. Place the meatballs in a baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) until brown all the way through, approximately 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with barbecue sauce, spaghetti sauce, or Sweet and Sour Sauce.
