Ingredients

  • 2 lb. beef roast
  • 1 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. seasoning salt
  • black pepper
  • garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Soak charcoal for 15 minutes before lighting.
  2. Separate coals into two sections, 8 inches apart, in a circular cooking setup.
  3. Light the coals and let them get hot.
  4. Cover the beef roast with Worcestershire sauce, seasoning salt, black pepper, and garlic salt.
  5. Cover the roast with foil and cook for approximately 1.5 hours.
