Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas
  • 2 lb. ground meat
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can canned milk
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies
  • 1 lb. cheese
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 onion

Instructions

  1. Brown ground meat in a skillet with the chopped onions.
  2. In a saucepan, combine chopped green chilies, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, canned milk, and chopped tomatoes; bring to a boil, then set aside.
  3. Tear the flour tortillas into pieces and put a layer in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  4. Layer the meat mixture and tortillas alternately until all ingredients are used.
  5. Top with cheese and bake at 350°F until the cheese melts and is bubbly.
