Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. maple syrup
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour filling into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack. Serves 8.
