White Chocolate Crispies

Sweet and crunchy white chocolate crispies combine smooth white chocolate with crispy cereals and nuts, perfect for festive occasions or a delightful treat for all ages.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. white chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 6 cups rice cereals (Rice Krispies, Kix, Cheerios, Rice or Corn Chex, etc.)
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate and cooking oil in a double boiler or microwave oven for 5 to 6 minutes at 350°.
  2. Pour the melted mixture over 6 cups of crisp cereals and chopped nuts. Mix well to coat evenly.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto waxed paper using a tablespoon.
  4. Allow to set before serving. Ideal for Christmas or festive gatherings!
