- Grease and flour a 9-inch baking pan.
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Remove from heat and add 1 cup chopped white chocolate; do not stir.
- Set aside and let it stand.
- In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar until well combined.
- Add all-purpose flour, salt, and almond extract; mix until smooth.
- Pour the melted white chocolate mixture into the batter and stir until combined.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of raspberry spreadable fruit over the batter and swirl gently.
- Sprinkle toasted sliced almonds on top.
- Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
