- In a bowl, combine dry ingredients.
- In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
- Blend in blender the egg, cottage cheese, butter and yeast water.
- Blend.
- Transfer into a large bowl.
- Gradually add flour mixture; knead until stiff dough is formed.
- Cover with a dry cloth and let rest in a warm place until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour.
