  • 1 lb. white turkey breast strips
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1/2 cup carrots
  • 3 (14 1/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
  • 2 cans navy beans (do not drain)
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained and chopped

Instructions

  1. Simmer turkey breast strips, chopped carrots, and chopped celery in chicken broth for 10 minutes or until the turkey is no longer pink.
  2. Drain all but 1 cup of the liquid from the pot.
  3. Add navy beans, chopped green chilies, oregano, cumin, and pepper to the pot.
  4. Simmer the mixture for an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Serve topped with shredded cheese.
