Wiener wraps are crispy, savory treats perfect for a quick snack or casual appetizer, featuring tender wieners wrapped in flaky biscuit dough with a hint of mustard flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • milk
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 pkg. wieners
  • melted butter

Instructions

  1. Measure oil into a measuring cup; add milk to fill to 2/3 cup. Add mustard and minced onion; stir into Bisquick to make soft dough.
  2. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured board; roll out and cut into 10 strips.
  3. Wrap each strip around a wiener and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  4. Brush the wraps with melted butter and bake at 450°F for 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
  5. Serve hot with mustard.
