- Measure oil into a measuring cup; add milk to fill to 2/3 cup. Add mustard and minced onion; stir into Bisquick to make soft dough.
- Turn the dough onto a lightly floured board; roll out and cut into 10 strips.
- Wrap each strip around a wiener and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Brush the wraps with melted butter and bake at 450°F for 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
- Serve hot with mustard.
