Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 7 c. mixed salad greens

Instructions

  1. Combine chopped onion, brown sugar, cider vinegar, in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Place salad greens in a large bowl.
  4. Pour vinegar mixture over greens and toss gently.
  5. Serve warm.
