Ingredients

  • 1 c. red wine
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Make a sauce with red wine, soy sauce, salad oil, water, garlic, oregano, and brown sugar.
  2. Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts and cover the dish.
  3. Bake at 375°F for 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Uncover the dish during the last 15 minutes of baking.
  5. Serve immediately over hot rice.
